A 5:1 reverse split is not a bad idea. Nortel did a 10:1 when its stock price got ridiculously low. Nonetheless I think stock price growth lies first in further improving profit margins and in then building revenues. I am very long on SUNW (JAVA shortly) because I believe it to be a highly leveraged situation. a sustained increase in margins and revenues should explode the share price, once investor's come to believe it's for real. I must admit, however, that though we get constant press releases on new products and business deals, I don't know enough to quantify the effects on profit and revenue.
