He was the CEO who ok'd the plan. He should be taken down as well, but you ignore all the vengeance we did dish out, and just focus on one person.

Had we taken out bin Laden....not killed him but captured him, we would have done significant psychological damage to the global terrorist movement. The fact that we weren't able to capture bin laden particularly after offering a $25 million reward for him coupled with our lack of success in Iraq has resulted in significant damage to the image of the US not only in the ME but the rest of the world. I am embarrassed by how stupid we look.
