"There was no criminality. In America, to be guilty of a crime, you have to be charged with a crime and then convicted of a crime."
No criminality. lol
Nice try Steve but that is yet another of your bogus defenses of the indefensible. There is crime in America lots of it, and lots that remains unsolved or that isn't charged and convicted. We are able to incarcerate almost 2 million people per year in America. Everyone knows that criminals are able to get away with much before they are apprehended, charged, and convicted. And that conviction is based on only that which can be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt and within reason for the resources available, so conviction is generally not at the high end level of criminal activity known to have occurred but at some much lesser level.
According to your argument if someone is raped, kidnapped, murdered but we can't identify the perp or prove the case against an identified suspect, no crime has been committed. Why not just propose we disban the justice system so that we can eliminate crime in America. What a feeble and extreme argument YOU make just to defend the indefensible conduct of clinton...
Lying in court is a crime. No doubt about it and no defense for it. Even for the clinton you hold above the rest of us. He was caught, admitted it, adjudicated and was punished by the courts for it.
Lying in court is not a crime? How extremely ridiculous can you get in your defenses of scummy clinton ethics? I can't think of any thing more ridiculous.
Your reference, Fitzgerald, made it abundantly and repeatedly clear that lying in court is a superordinate violation which stands alone as the greatest offense to the justice system possible. I agree it is a crime against the justice system itself and against common decency and your bubba is guilty. But please continue defending him it's hillarious.
"You lie. You are a hypocrite.
I don't lie ever. But I do consider the source when I'm being called a liar, and how they expose thier own fraud and deceit by such conduct.
