No way to be sure - but that makes sense.

It has fallen pretty far from 37 to 8.

In AH trade yesterday two 1M share blocks traded at 9.35. Someone bought those. You may say someone sold them too. But just what the seller was doing is less clear. The seller may have been accumulating shares for a fund all day to come up with those big blocks. It will be interesting to see if the buyer files an update of holdings.

After the market closes today we will see the new SI figures. That will be interesting. Then in Sept we start getting them twice a month.
