annie...What part of, I do not track all companies I track the global issue do you not understand. Am I supposed to be personally responsible for 100% of all words uttered regarding naked shorting because I lobbied the SEC and Congress to address the GLOBAL issue. CSHD is YOUR personal nightmare. Did you buy the stock because it was touted as being heavily naked shorted? Who did the touting? You cannot go and rationalize a massive fraud conspiracy based on your single personal experience. To do so puts you in the same "generalization" category as Jeff. I have attempted to maintain a standard of staying away from discussing any particular company regarding naked shorting unless there is actual data I plan on using to make an example. By staying away from dealing in one company or another I can stay away the "tout" label. I have also stated MANY times, I made my bets, if I solve the problem adequately and my bets turn sour, so be it. The problem got solved and I just bet on teh wrong horse.
