Rambus Royalties ...

<< What EU companies do you know that are paying "unreasonable royalties" due to "patent ambush" by Rambus, or any royalties at all to Rambus for DRAM IPR? >>

I don't really know. I've never followed Rambus other than peripherally. Having one patent bushwhacker <g> in my portfolio is enough to keep track of. My fuzzy recall is that Rambus v. Infineon went on for years and was finally settled in the favor of Rambus with Infineon being granted an MFN clause. I also think many majors whose products contain their DRAM and are being sold into Europe -- Intel, Samsung, AMD, Renesas, etc. -- now have royalty bearing licenses from Rambus, potentially affecting European consumers, and EC DG-Comp is more prosumer than US agencies.

Best,
