"Am I supposed to be personally responsible for 100% of all words uttered regarding naked shorting because I lobbied the SEC and Congress to address the GLOBAL issue. "
Weird, I absolutely knew you would say that before you said it!
Absolutely not - perhaps that is why you can't understand what happens in the trenches and to the real people losing their life savings. Is looking at the GLOBAL issue the only answer? Maybe I don't do global oh wait - GLOBAL. Heck the way you are nitpicking everyone's answer, it is hard for me to picture you as a GLOBAL kind of guy.

"CSHD is YOUR personal nightmare. Did you buy the stock because it was touted as being heavily naked shorted? Who did the touting? You cannot go and rationalize a massive fraud conspiracy based on your single personal experience. "
LOL! Personal nightmare maybe - but not financial nightmare for me at least. I never invested a dime in that company. Let's just say the the empathetic side of me took over when I read about people mortgaging their homes, borrowing on credit cards, putting in all their life savings, putting family and friends into the stock, all on the word that they were the chosen ones of Rufus Paul Harris. They were to be rich beyond their widest dream. And they ate it up. Playing off the American greed I guess. I feel nauseous thinking about all the posts in the aftermath.

"You cannot go and rationalize a massive fraud conspiracy based on your single personal experience."
Oh I see, now you want to blow me off when I tried to answer your question about giving an example???
single experience? I think I have added a few others since that fiasco. But you know what another problem is - the way messageboards are used as a platform for the Stock Promoters. I am willing to bet you received a PM or 2 about me posting to you. Those are the people that are dangerous. Most of the time I don't get to say squat about a stock. The little lambs being led to slaughter are well protected. But that's fine - perhaps the SEC and OSC have heard my cries - and that is good enough for me. One scam at a time. Funny part about that is that a lot of these scams seem to have the same people running them! Repeat performances. with any luck a whole bunch fall together - just like BHUB and that group of Select American Transfer stocks. And it seems like the SEC is going for multiple plays as well - i.e. SPAMALOT.
Damn those wheels of Justice do turn slowly.

"I have attempted to maintain a standard of staying away from discussing any particular company regarding naked shorting unless there is actual data I plan on using to make an example. By staying away from dealing in one company or another I can stay away the "tout" label. "
Then don't ask me to name a company with a problem - I don't want to be labeled a "basher".
