"what's your definition of a "day" ? the original item which was voted on said "whole day" with no specific starting or stopping times." The way Rink enforced it, and I have continued to, was from midnight to midnight. Now, as you note, that is completely arbitrary. It is done because it is easier to enforce. "what made you change your earlier decision?" Because I always double check before issuing a ban. Now true, I should have contacted you and let you know.
