Hi, I'm been on this sidelines on this thread and I have visited ocassionaly. The company I work up uses this product, and I am the technical analyst who supports it. These are my views on the company. 1. Software Artistry has had many changes in the past year with shuffling of employees. I will be attending their conference next month to hear about new products and see if things have settled down. 2. Their products seem to be getting better. Being a programer, I have noticed obvious flows in the design. However, I've had to compare their product with others, and I tend to favour Software Artistry. 3. Their business is growing, and they are starting to get products that the makets want. I have not invested in them yet, but I am seriously thinking about it.
