From Noland's credit bubble bulletin. This could be a 1-week
fluctuation yet again, but if this is a new trend forming due
to CBs selling agency debt, something they accumulated in the
past 3 years more than treasuries, bulls beware: the dollar
may just get flushed along with stocks and bonds; the dollar
crisis could be triggered soon. Of course, we have seen them
sell bonds one week only to accumulate more the next week.

"Fed Foreign Holdings of Treasury, Agency Debt last week (ended
8/22) dropped $18.4bn to $1.986 TN. “Custody holdings” were up
$234bn y-t-d (20.5% annualized) and $316bn during the past
year, or 18.9%"
