Before 1975 there were millions of dead Vietnamese due to our presence -- had we stayed out of Vietnam in the first place we would have spared the lives of millions of people.

This is of a piece with your usual idiocy. If America hadn't been involved, it would have been only Vietnamese killing millions of Vietnamese with the backing of the USSR - and we all know that you don't give a damn about those people! Nobody dies in your book unless America gets involved.

If Americans kill people, America is to blame,

If the friends of America kill people, then America is to blame.

If the enemies of America kill people, then America is also to blame, because they were only reacting to America, or America set the conditions for the killing to happen.

That covers most cases, doesn't it? And if it doesn't cover the case, then the case is of no interest.
