Jim we understand this differently. I read they have until October 15th to cover.

Also the short position in RMTR has gone up slowly. It still makes me wonder what happened in December 06 and January 07.

How did it get so big and then go back down so fast? I'm going to post the SEC ruling in the next link as I feel it's important for all investors to read.
