The 67 page Credit Suisse Report (by our favorite Ivy Zelman) is amazingly detailed, providing some insight into why Ivy was so cynical and inquisitive on those memorable conference calls. Exhibit 52 is an interesting chart. Despite the meticulous detail, one can sum up the whole 67 pages with one phrase: HB's are toast.
