Max,
I'm not saying there are more than 100,000,000 outstanding at present. What I'm saying is:
There is 40MM+ shares of common now outstanding. There is preferred stock outstanding convertable into common stock and this stock is convertable into 170MM+ shares of common. As this stock is converted and dumped on the market what do you think it will do to the stock price? Believe me these preferred holders will convert it and they will dump it anytime the stock tries to apperciate.....until the prefered stock is out of the way common share holders are backseat drivers....this is only my opinion. Do your own research if you doubt what I say.
