I guess the last shortwave I did was the first gulf war. I traveled all the time and rigged up a shortwave receiver with velcro on the dash. I had a DX380 that worked real well. I used a DX440 at the house with whatever wire I could sling out the window... lol, both receivers on the same page... dxing.com
