That's the longest rant I've ever seen Ramsey make. It's a treatise. He is back in the 1980s when he made his first big bundle on the S&L housing bust.

It does look dire [as expected].

I looked at property in Escondido a year and two ago and it was absurdly highly priced. It is obviously cheaper now.

Priced in NZ$, those houses are about a third of their price 2 years ago. That's quite a hair-cut.
