It appears that Datek's "customer service" is spotty at best. I experienced the same as you have on two previous fund requests. I don't know why my most recent one was acted on so promptly, but someone was reading this thread and acted on my complaint. Interestingly, I did not complain directly to them. IMO, that is not the way to run a business; eg. act only when someone complains in a public forum, and I hope your check arrives tomorrow.
