Their interest are "aligned" by the state deciding what "their interests" will be.
Sure maybe business gets a better deal than some other groups, they get the chance to be subordinate allies, and receive benefits from that position, rather than just being trampled on. In fact they can get some of the trampling transfered to people who oppose them, as long as they serve the state well enough, but its still all about serving the state, which really means serving the government or most specifically the dictator.
