Please. Mas made a patently ridiculous assertion, which is that moving the MC onto the die (from the chipset) will not reduce latency at all. He tried to say this was "because of FB-DIMM", but clearly the argument he's making doesn't depend on FB-DIMM at all. It's simply wrong to claim that Intel can currently go over an FSB to a chipset and then to memory without any latency cost vs. an IMC. Brain-dead, in fact.
