In Houston where dog fighting is rampant, you take your life into your hands in some parts by walking down the street. I've had pit bulls literally ripping their heads apart trying to push through wood fences to get at me on the sidewalk. They're a public menace.

Just ask this woman what she thinks about the vicious tendencies of pit bulls.
