Old news, very old news, filed in Aug. Guess they continue to try to get more shareholders to join. Anyway, as you probably know, ORCL, MSFT, INTC, ASND, CSCO and IBM have been subjected to these lawsuits, the only real winner is the Law firm that takes it to court. Most analysts say this stuff doesn't effect the companies results. neko
