nope, i just aquired it TODAY they were desperate for cash- my good fortune- i have another 80 acres ~3.5 mis as the crow flies from there- also hardwoods

not cutting yet plenty of mills nearby would like to have it but not now- i'm a physician not a logger<g> acreage is hard to come by at these prices, usually a few K per is going rate- wife made the bid-smart woman
