Jim: I haven't heard any thing, but my guess is VRTS will trend down wards gradually. I can not imagine how, even with its prospects for sustained growth, it can continue to command such a high price multiple of about 107. I am betting that it will go down the mid-30 area within the next 8 weeks, unless of course it comes up with an earnings surprise of 25% or more. Even then, I can not see it heating a new high any time soon.
