Your thoughts are quite reasonable. Again, I don't think that these lawsuits are going to be resolved this year... we are at least a year or more away from our real day in court. At the hearing we will only know as to limitations on the scope of the patent.

Agree that E-data has little money to pay AF salary and fight the case. So perhaps it makes more sense for one of the principal investors to manage the company (i.e. stay on top of the litigation) until the lawsuits get resolved. This lack of money might also be the reason why E-data's response to the lawsuits was so brief.

I don't know... I don't like it, but I can also see that it can be just a case of economics... no more money in the coffers to pay salary (i.e. hence the reason why he sold some of his stock) and to continue to fight the lawsuit.
