There is a special place in hell for Cheney. He knowingly sent our army into a battle he stated clearly back in 1994 was "not worth it" and would created a "quagmire". I consider Cheney a traitor of the highest order. I'll bet he's also guilty of helping to jack up energy prices, deliberatly outing CIA agent Plame, fatten Halliburton by 10 billion (of our money) and looking the other way while his cronies rob us blind in Iraq and other places.
