WatchIt Technologies Names Don Wood Chief Operating Officer Don Wood Will Remain President of Child Watch Network Following recent announcements of its name and symbol change, WatchIt Technologies (PINKSHEETS: WTCT) is naming Don Wood the corporation's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Wood is currently and will remain President of Child Watch Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of WatchIt Technologies, and will also continue to serve on the Board of WatchIt Technologies. "Mr. Wood's experience and knowledge of our core businesses makes him the perfect COO for our organization," said Frank Moody, President of WatchIt. "We look forward to working with Don as we grow this company. This announcement is one of many that will be forthcoming in the near future."
