billwot, I am not sure what this suit will do to the stockprice of SUNW. It probably did it already. SUNW was up a point earlier today and then fell back to 45+ and then went back over 46 again. It lost only 1/8.. I had dropped quite a bit in APM also and I did not want to own 2 declining stocks. I chose to stay with APM since I still like the PE better and I still have a profit and I did not want to listen everyday to Msft and Sunw fighting it out. My wife does not like law suits between cos. and Intel is enough for a lifetime in that department. In the years we have owned Intel there were enough lawsuits to satisfy our taste. SUNW had quite a move and who knows if this will slow them down a bit. It depends how the customers look upon it and I am not an expert on things like that. If you have SUNW don't do anything because of my decision, it was strictly a personal choice and might be costly to me. Sonny
