Bought RECY at 2 3/4 and rode it down to 2 Funny you mentioned that Sergio as I was reflecting on that yesterday during the dip. I must admit being puzzled by the lack of an announcement indicating SEC "approval" I'm thinking its due to : 1) SEC still reviewing last filing 2) SEC has reviewed and requested another ???? 3) LUNN and TPG are in a "quiet period" and cannot make an announcement until after merger voted on Perhaps #3 explains why TPG has not announced the contracts you mentioned. Can you or anyone else verify if we are in a "quiet period" ? If no one knows , I'll call company first chance I get. Rob
