Remember not only New York City--------the Pentagon that can be seen from both the Washington D.C. and the Virginia sides of the Potomac River---- and the deaths of the brave people who gave their lives in Pennsylvania so that more people likely in Washington could be saved.

When we were setting up Neighborhood Watch Programs in Virginia most people felt they did not need such--------that is---- until their own house was burgled or a rape occurred in their neighborhood. Then they were interested in how to protect our homes and children.

In other words, most people don't recognize the problem until it happens to them.

New Yorkers understand the problem as do the people in Washington D.C. and the Virginia cities across the river from Washington.

Folks, what we had-----------was a strike at the most powerful cities in the USA----------the financial district in New York in which Morgan Stanley lost about 800 people-------and our own military, the Pentagon.

Unfortunately, the non interventionist are like the people who did not think the Neighborhood Watch Programs necessary until it 'happened in their neighborhood'.
