Wow, this story sure has legs now!" Like a millipede> republicans have already hung the guy. do they know he is gay? Is he gay? He claims no! what was he arrested for, touching a foot to another person in adjoining stall, and putting hand under stall. He was not arrested for verbal conversation asking for sex. No discussion about money, details , only body movements from one stall he was in to an undercover cop who says his foot extended over to his stall and his hand. I await to see if an appeal is possible. If appeal i wonder if cops evidence is strong enough to produce or sustain charges. Shouldn't cop have waited until they engaged into some type of conversation over sex before assuming the guy was trying to have sex with him? I hope he has better lawyers than qualcomm.
