You've been through the HK real estate roller coaster before. The condos all selling out in just one day - Miami 2003 ? A giant new casino ? Las Vegas 2004 Same movie, just different subtitles. I assume you will keep that building near the gold exchange and sell other stuff. China market cap larger than Tokyo is reasonable long term. Is is reasonable this year instead of 2010..... Where are you going to hide except cash and gold ? I just bought some SRS double short Dow Jones Real Estate. It end the day up from where I had bought it.
