I don't know where they are going to get the 96 million from, but Timmins needs the enterprise. I remember when that deposit was in Homer Gold in the 90's. It was overshadowed by the Thorne Twp deposit at the time. Thorne fizzled after a while in a mess concerning over expectation from the initial drilling and some noises from an engineer who downgraded both tonnage and grade. No amount of subsequent work (and there was considerable) could resurrect it. I would have planned a more modest enterprise. At one time you could get milling capacity for a few million and underground for about ten or less. I noticed the mills disappeared pretty fast. That kind of infrastructure is pretty expensive but the government puts one in a hurry to trash it to zero dollars overnite.
