Hillary has new funding scandals. One involves a low-income family in CA which has given her $45K:
Laundering for Hillary?
The little green house at 41 Shelbourne Ave. in Daly City, Calif., (shown right) may spell big trouble for Democratic Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York as she pursues the presidency.
The Wall Street Journal reported today that the 6 members of the Paw family that live inside the 1,280-square-foot house gave a total of $45,000 to Hillary’s 3 political campaigns. The Paws gave a total of $270,000 in recent years to the Democratic Party in recent years.
Pa Paw, 64, is a mailman. Ma Paw is a homemaker. The 4 kids are grown and employed.
Reported the Journal:
The Paws’ political donations closely track donations made by Norman Hsu, a wealthy New York businessman in the apparel industry who once listed the Paw home as his address, according to public records. Mr. Hsu is one of the top fund-raisers for Mrs. Clinton’s presidential campaign. He has hosted or co-hosted some of her most prominent money-raising events.
Now you know why the hopelessly behind Barack Obama and John Edwards continue to stay in a race when they have clearly been lapped by the Hill: She can still kiss the wall.
Reported the Journal:
Kent Cooper, a former disclosure official with the Federal Election Commission, said the two-year pattern of donations justifies a probe of possible violations of campaign-finance law, which forbid one person from reimbursing another to make contributions.
“There are red lights all over this one,” Mr. Cooper said.
The Paws are the No. 3 donor families to the Hillary campaigns, ahead of the Maloof family, which owns a casino in Vegas (the Palms) and the Sacramento Kings.
If Hillary is elected, I want Pa Paw to do the federal budget. Any man who can make such large campaign contributions on a postman’s salary obviously knows a thing or two about stretching a dollar.
