I live on a small city lot. It just astonishes me how much biomass this tiny chunk of land produces in the short 5 months/year stuff grows here. Every year I take several trailer loads of litter to the city composting site. About every two weeks I get enough branches and stuff to fill my fire pit which I burn. It'd be even more if I didn't have a mulching lawn mower.
