I feel ATT will have improved profits in the next quarter, as the Cal PUC gave them draconian bank like power to SCREW the clients with outrageous late fees a couple months ago...FREE MONEY to this company at the expense of customers... instead of 1.5% of the BILL...they now charge FIVE or TEN dollars for ANY late payment....so on my bill of $20 I was charged 50% late fee!... and the problem...when I called, I WASN'T LATE!...oh, we'll correct that....how many 100,000 clients are going to PAY ILLEGAL LATE FEES?....A LOT! It sucks...and trying to get some lawyers to consider a class action suit against them now....
