RE the dollar: I do not see how it rises?

China has 1.4 trillion and the trade deifict with China continues to bleed at about 20 billion a month?!

The same is true with India, South Korea, Japan and other countries. How many dolalrs do we think they will take?

This inexorable trend shows no sign of changing and is a huge drag on the dollar.

Military needs a couple more trillion over next five years to continue on and rebuild.

Economy will surely slow to some extent given credit contraction.

And, as mentioned many times, that inverse correlation with the dollar and gold stands very strong and should not be ignored.

I do not see how gold falls as long as the dollar remains weak and I do not see how the dollar can strengthen?
