Every time a new attorney enters the picture, courts routinely grant continuances to allow them to get up to speed, so figure we're not going to see anything dramatic happen for a while now. The only real point of interest until the US Trustee takes over is how long it takes for Turek to blocked from taking $7500 in "management fees" on a regular basis. That's money that could be going to creditors to keep Pro-Mold afloat.
