Sonny, I am still very bullish on SUNW even with this lawsuit. I saw some article saying that this lawsuit is just an anoyance suit to force MSFT to sit at the negotiation table. More and more companies are using lawsuit as a starting point for negotiation like Borland suit MSFT some while ago for taking away their employees and then they settled without revealing the detail of settlement. Intel suit AMD and Cyrix before for patents, Cadence suit Aant! and etc. It is realy common to have companies suit each other as a way getting something settled.

Maybe SUNW wants to let MSFT commited resource to Ultra Sparc systems and they just use Java as a leverage. If NT is supported for Ultra Sparc, SUNW will sell a lot more machines to the low end users even without the NC getting popular. Anyway just some thoughts.

Also I am in sympathy with you about selling SUNW on your wife's advise. I sold part of my SUNW at 33.5 due to same reason and then just watch SUNW go up all the way to more than 50. So this time I am not going to have that repeated again.

CSCO and AMAT are doing well today with most tech stocks going up, hope it continue for a while.

Ronnie
