TRGL Talked to IRF guy today. He said that investors think that they will have to go to the equity mkts to raise capital to fund phase 2 development of there gas field in the Black Sea. He stated that this is absolutely false. He admits that the start of the second group of wells to the production facilty was delayed, but that he expects to make a annoucemrnt very soon that they are now on stream. The thrace well is 21/2 weeks drilling and is expected to be complete in a four to six week time frame. The stock is selling well below it's 18+ book.
