Good job clearing up yet another bit of faulty due diligence over on iHub. Obviously Murphy's attorneys have all the documentation to prove their assertions about the unapproved transfers to Turek or else they'd not have brought them up in front of Turek's lawyers, let alone the judge and US Trustee. But anyone with plain old common sense already knew this, so no big revelation here for most of us.
