I think we may be going to test 70-s when the election hurdle is
removed. If communists are elected again - there may be some
western pessimism about it. Russian market was at all-time high
for the 1-st time in 3 months or so Yesterday on the RTS system.
Not quite there yet on MTMS. I hope for the next "leg" to bring
us up to 80-90. -Vi
