Will be interesting to see how even a 50% drop effects the condo market, can you have a functional condo association when everyone is in default? Only thing that makes sense to me is for someone to buy the whole building and rent the units out as apartments. I think bargain hunters could be in for a rude awakening when it turns out they are the only people on the floor still paying their monthly fees.
