Yep, still fear out there, but ironically it's fear of the upside -- go figure

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that the bears are still spooked by the rate cut parlor game after what Ben pulled at the last option expiration -- many bears still can't sit down

Let's see what happens after Ben finishes saying whatever he has to say tomorrow
