JF, > Nobody is accusing you of condemning them, that's for sure.

Had Larry Craig been a Democrat, you guys would be defending his right to a "private life."

I am not sure a Republican politician is allowed to have a private life of this kind. Dems can but for GOPers, its verboten.

I also want to say that earlier I condemned Craig's behavior. I misunderstood what happened in the MN restroom. I thought he had more aggressive when approaching the cop; in fact, it was done all very passively. While I think that's a little weird, if that's what rocks his world, and if its between consenting adults, so be it.

However, what I can't stomach is the underlying hypocrisy. The Republicans condemn anyone who doesn't fit what they consider 'normal'. And Craig was one of the worst in that regards. So I don't feel a great deal of compassion for the man. Of course, its not pretty watching the GOP herd push one of their own outside the herd so that the wolves can have their feast. So very unChristian and unhuman of them.....don't you think?
