Some of my friends knew and kept quiet.

Some of my friends want more explanations.

There is a time and place(action) mentioned, so no explanation needed until that time and place appeared before us.

I do market making analysis, quicky business plan(technology and market share studies), and seasonal(January effect) investment timing; any one or all of them may be the reason.
