Are you sure that when "BonniesGuy" contacted you and gave you his number, that you weren't misdirected to someone else who was set up to play BonniesGuy, or that he was perhaps lying about his identity when you spoke to him?

The Morgen-Walke thing seems to hold up pretty well. I did a Yahoo search for Doug Sherk and found one in San Francisco. I also found a Bonnie Sherk (out of 2 Bonnie Sherks in the United States) in San Francisco (no street address for either however). I also found a Morgen-Walke office in San Francisco, and Morgen-Walke links Silicon Investor on their web site. All the Zitel propoganda that comes out of Morgen-Walke has Doug Sherk's name on it. Mondoman also mentioned a connection to IKOS...also a Morgen-Walke client.

A few too many coincidences IMO.

The Morgen Walke connection would also seem to explain BonniesGuy uncanny timing and prediction ability.

Now I'm really confused!!!
