I suspect that he's guilty, this is based on his actions so far... an innocent person would be outraged with indignation, considering the arrest absolutely unjust and unworthy... he would get an attorney and sue the city for trying to make a scene by wrongly arresting a public figure... he would also not have taken the plea and pled guilty as quickly as he did, as he says in his own words, "to make it go away." That was his confession... these are the words of a guilty individual, to make it go away... this is his confession, the "it" he refers to is his wrong doing... to an innocent person, there is no "it."
Also, he was trying to explain away his hand gestures and foot gestures to the arresting officer, he was attempting to defend the actions he in fact did perform with his feet and hand, they very cues used by gays in that area to solicit sex... this officer was highly trained to know what to look for, this officer was not there by accident, he was deployed there because of an ongoing police sting to monitor those very same sexual solicitations in the public bathrooms at the airport... this guy just got caught with his pants down, so to speak... all his actions and comments thus far are that of a guilty person trying to act innocent... he arrogantly and stupidly thought the many miles from home would be his protection and that what happens in Milwaukee stays in Milwaukee... well, he was wrong...
