By the above, do you mean they arrange to pay you poorly for holding cash, so that if you do you can worry about the erosion of your $$ asset value by "under control" inflation, while they simultaneously sit on the POG in case you were inclined in that direction and tell you constantly the (credit driven) economy is still strong, trying to force you into the stock or options market?
