I predict you'll take a big bath on commercial real estate in Flyover Country. Vacancies will skyrocket and rents will plunge. At the same time, cap rates will blow out. I predict you'll lose 70% of your investment. Sounds like you're poor to me. Rent your house, lease your Porsche.....I can't type anymore because I'm laughing so hard.
