Randy, thanks for your post. Sorry, but I want to see the NASD promise to go after the practices of their member firms. Instead,as usual, they want to blame the brokers and the customers( online,rumor-mongering devils that they are :)!). I am afraid it still the National Association of SECURITIES DEALERS.!! As long as we have the wolf securing the hen house, I don't look for any real change, although we will have a lot of huffing and puffing. Bob
